DELTA OMICRON ALPHA ETA CHAPTER was chartered on Feburary 9, 1967 and is located on the beautiful campus of EASTERN KENTUCKY UNIVERSITY in Richmond, Kentucky. Eastern Kentucky University is a four year Liberal Arts college that offers students a varied educational, cultural and social experience.
