DMA - University of North Carolina at Greensboro 315 Foster Music Building • 521 Lancaster Ave. • Richmond, KY 40475-3102 • Recital Performances and Fall 2007 Tour Hunter Hensley (tenor - Professor at EKU) and Gregory Partain (pianist - Professor at Transylvania University) will perform the Schubert song cycle, Die schöne Müllerin, this coming Wednesday, August 22, 2007, at 8:00 pm in Walnut Hall of the Keen Johnson Building at EKU. Many are familiar with Schubert's masterpiece, the first and greatest of the lieder cycles. It has not been performed in this area for at least 50 years. The performance on Wednesday is the second in a series at various universities, soirees, and singspiels. A schedule of planned performances is listed below.
