EKUbands - Marching Colonel for a Day
We would like to extend you an enthusiastic invitation to perform with the 2009 EKU Marching Colonels!!!!
Our annual "Marching Colonel For A Day" event will be held on Saturday, November 14, 2009. Participants will perform music and drill on Hanger Field at Roy Kidd Stadium with the marching band in the pre-game and half-time shows. If you are interested in being a part of this exciting day, please follow the instructions on this page for correct registration procedures.

There is no registration fee for participation in this event.
What is the days schedule?
Schedule of Events for November 14th 2009:
7:45 a.m. - Registration
8:15 a.m. - Welcome Meeting Foster 100
8:30 a.m. - Rehearsals begin
9:15 a.m. - Adjourn to 100 (winds & brass only – perc. and guard stay in sectionals)
10:00 a.m. - Move to outdoor rehearsal (everyone)
11:00 a.m.- Lunch provided
11:45 a.m.- change into uniforms (BRING YOUR OWN BAND UNIFORM)
12:00 p.m.- Parade to stadium
12:40 p.m.- Pregame show
1:00 p.m. - Kickoff
2:15 p.m. - Halftime Performance
4:00 p.m. - Postgame performance
4:30 p.m. - Directors and/or Parents return to Foster for student pickup
What is Provided?
Lunch will be provided by the EKU Bands, and you will be our guest at the football game!
What Should I Bring To This Event?
Uniforms and a comfortable change of clothes for the evening event. More information will be sent to you when we have received your registration form.
